Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Program Coordinator in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This remote role primarily focuses on the management and coordination of international events advocacy programs. The Program Coordinator will be instrumental in developing effective programs, overseeing activities, ensuring the program meets company goals, and tracking the budget. Responsibilities include: Managing and executing white glove events for sales calls and visits Aligning peer to peer sales events for the international region Overseeing project management for award and speaking engagements for top customers Developing and tracking collateral for top customers in the international region Providing support in reporting and planning to ensure the smooth operation of programs Ensuring the overall success of programs through effective development and management Handling administrative tasks and tracking budgets to ensure programs are financially viable Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate customer credit records.
