BlueHalo is seeking a Program Integrator with strong leadership abilities that is willing to jump in to help remove obstacles for the Advanced Radio Frequency (RF) team as they present themselves. The ideal candidate will be a competent, self-starting individual, who has strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills. Success in this position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Program Integrator will support the Portfolio Program Manager in integration, coordination, and assistance with various programs and events within the division. The Program Integrator will also work with multiple functions, teams, and stakeholders to achieve mission success and program/division objectives. You’d like to do thisProject Coordination & Stakeholder Management The Program Integrator (PI) will be responsible for coordination with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency enhancements and lessons learned. The PI will assist in identifying potential obstacles/roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to keep team objectives on track. Coordination of communication across the division teams such as PM Team, IPT Leads, Group Leads, Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance, Purchasing, and Human Resources Support the PM with internal and program cadences (program, financial, staffing, reviews, etc.) to achieve contract commitments. Capture and track program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions. Foster positive relationships with key partners and stakeholders Coordinate a cadence of walkthroughs of floor space and manufacturing area to prepare for tours/high level visits. Capture and track staffing projections and action items. Working with program and group leads to ensure timely closure of actions. Monitor required contractual delivery timelines to ensure 100% on-time delivery of contractual documents. The PI will also be the primary person responsible for the coordination of division level activities such as all-hands, morale events, etc. You’re required to have thisDesired Education and Experience
Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward.
Experience in the Defense or Aerospace industry
Demonstrates ability to resolve complex issues with cross-functional partners (Finance, Procurement, etc.)
Knowledge or experience with program or project management
Demonstrates skills in planning and execution for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation across the company.
Experience with business intelligence reporting (e.g. PowerBI) and Microsoft Project Preferred
Experience in Aerospace or with US Department of Defense
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. BlueHalo Supports a flexible work schedule with Days and hours of work nominally: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with every other Friday off. Remote/Hybrid flex schedule is allowed 1-2 days per week. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
