VCA Wyoming Animal Hospital in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Veterinary Tech Aid to join our one-of-a-kind 3-doctor GP practice!As a Veterinary Tech Aid you would be a part of the veterinary support team, assisting the tech team, doctors and other team members in caring for patients, and the duties of the hospital. This is an entry-level position with room and opportunity to learn and grow; a great opportunity for someone interested in the veterinary field. Some duties include: cleaning and preparing surgical instruments and packs, hospital maintenance and cleanliness, stocking supplies, monitoring patients for cleanliness and comfort, assisting the tech staff with a variety of duties.Candidates must be reliable with good energy and motivation, and a good work ethic. The position requires the ability to learn new skills with a good attention to details. This can be a physical job, which requires multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a busy environment.
