Position Summary:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes for the club's dining venues, banquets, and member events. This position ensures that all menu items are prepared to the club's standards for quality, presentation and consistency. The Line Cook plays a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for the club members and their guests by maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and teamwork in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items for member dining, banquets, and special events according to standardized recipes and plating specifications.
Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service begins.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstation throughout the shift.
Ensure that all food items are prepared to proper temperature and quality standards before service.
Support the execution of daily specials, themed dinners and club events as directed by the Executive chef.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality across all dining outlets.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and club policies.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting a team-oriented environment.
