Job Overview: We are seeking a FOH manager to join our team. As a FOH manager you will need to be assertive in your
duties, and those include;
- Assisting wait staff and bartenders
- Follow directions of GM
- Oversee standard operations of a restaurant/bar; cleanliness, organization, flow
- Cleaning, taking out garbage when necessary to expedite service or in closing
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Qualifications would require previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or catering setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques are necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Dealing with unruly patrons - you may have to remove them.
- Adhering to alcohol and safety regulations - you will have to cut people off!
