The Shop is looking to hire another counter person!
We are looking for experienced waitstaff/ counter people to help run the daily tasks of the front of house like greeting customers, taking orders, running food, keeping the dinning room clean, and washing dishes . We are looking for a hard working person who wants to join our team. We treat our staff well, and make sure our employees have good work/life balance. We like to make sure our employees have at least 2 days off in a row weekly. We also offer a simple IRA plan with matching employer contributions. We usually close for breaks about four times a year so that our staff, and us as owners, can take decent breaks throughout the year.
Right now the position is for Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8am- 3/4pm, and covering other counter people as needed. This is perfect for someone looking for a part time position, or someone needing a little extra cash flow!
The position starts off at 12/hr plus tips. (tips are usually $70-$100 per shift)
