GRILL/LINE:
Job responsibilities:
set up and stock station
prep for service and prep batch recipes
receive and put away deliveries
cook menu items to order, with attention to quality and presentation
keep station clean
clean and stock station for following shift
Job requirements:
previous line cooking experience
ability to multi-task
positive and professional attitude
ability to manage very busy grill station
mastery of meat temps
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour DOE
DISHWASHERS:
Job responsibilities:
upkeep of dish station in a timely manner
washing dishes thoroughly
following sanitary guidelines
communicate with kitchen and wait staff
light prep in kitchen
Job requirements:
able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs several times during shift
able to be on feet for 4-6 hour shifts
be on time, responsible and honest
maintaining cleanliness
Starting at $15.00 an hour
