We are seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our Beautiful 160-unit Townhouse community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer competitive wages and benefits for full time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary inclusive of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and preventative maintenance. HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus! Monday through Friday work week with rotating on-call schedule allows for plenty of Family Fun time. Benefits available after 90 days.
