Manager and Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a reliable and experienced manager and maintenance technician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and safely. You will also perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks for the property.
As a manager and maintenance technician, you will:
coordinate the work of other contractors.
maintenance activities and projects
Monitor and report on the performance and condition of the facility and its assets
Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with the equipment, or infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
To be a successful manager and maintenance technician, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Availability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed.
