We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to join our team. This position involves working both indoors and outdoors to mix agricultural products and operate equipment, including forklifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and prior forklift experience.
#### Key Responsibilities:
Operate mixing equipment to combine agricultural products according to specified formulas and safety procedures
Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products around the facility
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both inside the facility and in outdoor areas
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
Perform routine inspections and report any equipment issues or safety concerns
Assist with general labor tasks as needed
#### Requirements:
Forklift certification or 1+ years of forklift operation experience required
Ability to work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, dusty, etc.)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills to follow mixing instructions
Strong attention to detail and safety
#### Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in agriculture, manufacturing, or chemical mixing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
