We are hiring for an experienced Administrative Coordinator with a financial focus.

Requirements:

Must be excellent in MS Office and Google Suite

Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high call volumes.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Must be available to work in office Monday through Friday between 7:00/8:00 am to 4:30/5:00 pm

Bilingual in English + Spanish is a plus!

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting for jobs, vendors, and subcontractors. You will update programs and files, handle data entry, and use QuickBooks to enter checks for payment. Daily tasks include extensive use of Excel and related programs.

Key responsibilities include:

Budgeting: Create and manage budgets for construction jobs, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring accurate financial planning and tracking.

Data Management: Update and maintain files and programs with accurate information, ensuring all data is current and accessible.

QuickBooks & Financial Entry: Perform minor tasks in QuickBooks, including entering checks for payment, and assist in managing financial records.

Communication: Make frequent phone calls to vendors, subcontractors, and clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Project Coordination: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a construction job, from launch to completion, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Pay:

Hourly rate is negotiable based on your experience. We pay weekly.
