ABQ Marine has a unique opening available for a front office/ counter associate. We are growing and need some extra help to make sure that our customers are taken care of! This is a position that requires high attention to detail, great customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly and take direction well. Daily responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls
- Ordering parts
- Setting service appointments
- Writing work orders, we'll show you how!
- Cashiering parts sold over the counter
- And some other tasks, every day is different around here!
Knowledge of boats is definitely helpful but not required, we'll provide training on how to "talk the talk". Prior cash handling experience is a must, as well as some past employment conducting business on the phone.
