Large construction subcontractor needs a full time office manager and bookkeeper. Please meet the following requirements as they are essential: Working knowledge of Quick Books, familiar with pay applications, knowledge of pay application software such as Textura, GC pay, etc.
You will also be responsible for entering invoices in QB, organizing job files, tracking employees and helping with payroll. We are quite busy and we need someone that is good at math and a problem solver that can handle a fast paced environment.
