We are a Professional Contracting & Renovations Company seeking a responsible, full-time office assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties would include:
Organize and maintain project files.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Act as a liaison and coordinate administrative activities between field management, other departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other parties including regulatory and municipal/state agencies.
Schedule appointments
Assist office manager with reviewing and entering data.
Aid in estimating as needed including potential bid opportunities and bid preparation.
Perform data entry
Assist in the preparation of reports
Develop marketing strategies
Update and monitor all social media platforms
Update Calendar
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work.
High school diploma; GED or office administration or relevant field is preferred
The ideal candidate must be prompt, have good organization skills, good phone etiquette, possess web browsing and research experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks and be able to work with little to no supervision.
