Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks, front desk duties, and assisting with daily office functions. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a professional environment and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support various administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Reading and responding to emails
Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point
Requirements
Proficient computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred; experience as a receptionist and office assistant is a plus.
Strong clerical skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
