Full-Time Office Representative/Assistant, Monday - Friday
Skills needed:
-Experience and proficiency in Excel (entering data, keeping original calculations) and Word.
-Printing and sorting payroll checks and administrative paperwork
-Entering Certified Payroll
-Answering Phones and taking messages
-Responding to emails
-Filing paperwork in designated areas and sorting work into correct projects
-Accounts Payable (reviewing invoices, entering data to pay invoices and cutting checks)
-Be able to multitask and complete other duties/projects with a sense of urgency
-Be able to work independently
-Paying attention to detail
-Is detail oriented
