Personal Assistant - Real Estate Investing Business

The owners of a local real estate investing and wholesaling business High Desert Property Solutions are seeking a personal assistant to join our team.

Location: 6705 Academy Rd NE Suite A, Albuquerque NM 87109 (In-person with limited flexibility for hybrid)

Hours: Part-time, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Flexible), Monday through Friday

About the Role: We are seeking a highly adaptable and organized personal assistant to support the owners of a fast-paced real estate wholesaling business. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, can manage shifting priorities, and is comfortable taking initiative to solve problems and identify what’s needed—often without explicit instructions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy entrepreneur and has a proactive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the owner's right hand by handling communication, making follow-up calls, and managing relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.

Provide flexible and responsive project management support, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met, even when tasks are not clearly defined.

Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.

Coordinate the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and provide reminders for important deadlines.

Assist with occasional research, such as gathering market data or property information.

Adapt to a wide range of administrative tasks and take initiative to fill gaps and identify priorities.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the owner in calls and emails.

Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.

Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and web-based applications.

A flexible mindset and the ability to adjust to the needs of a dynamic and growing business.

Prior experience in real estate or familiarity with wholesaling is a plus but not required.
