McCarthy Holthus and its affiliate Quality Loan Service has years of experience in successfully representing financial institutions in a variety of banking law matters. We are looking for motivated candidates. We have offices in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas or Washington.

Description of Duties:
Process incoming default referrals
Audit data within Quality's internal system
Request necessary documents to proceed with the first action
Execute and send first action documents to record
Review and update client systems daily
Provide courteous communication and customer service to clients and borrowers
Experience and Skills:
1 year mortgage or legal experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work both independently as well as on teams
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
