About Us

Our client is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse focused on efficient operations and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Office & Inventory Coordinator to help keep their office and warehouse running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll wear many hats — from managing office tasks to maintaining accurate inventory. Key responsibilities include:

Handle billing and bookkeeping tasks

Maintain inventory control and perform cycle counts

Oversee office management duties (filing, ordering supplies, scheduling)

Communicate with customers about orders and billing

Operate an order picker to assist with product movement

Run local errands as needed

Use inventory systems and Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Keep organized records and ensure clear written communication

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a logistics, warehouse, or office management environment (preferred)

Strong computer skills — especially with Microsoft Office and inventory software

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
