Leasing duties:
Respond to messages/make appointments via text.
Meet customers on time or hold open house for up to 1 hour, greet them warmly, let them in to view apartments.
Communicate with prospective tenants the features of the apartments, minimum requirements to qualify for rental, and lease terms as provided in literature.
Inspect apartments to see if they are market ready and communicate what cleaning or repair is necessary or confirm if cleaning or repair has been properly completed.
Remove/install lock boxes/smart keys.
Get feedback from prospective tenants.
Promptly communicate all activity and problems with landlord via text/video with smart phone.
Perform other duties as required

Minimum requirements:
Clean, professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation
Driver's license
Active Real Estate License preferred
Common sense regarding cleaning and repairs needed for typical apartment
Background check
Apple smart phone preferred
