We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work with our team to maintain our beautiful 160-unit Townhouse Community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees. Overall maintenance experience is necessary including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and preventative maintenance. HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus! Monday through Friday work week with rotating on-call schedule allows for plenty of free time. Benefits available after 90 days.
