Details:
$22/hr | 1099 Contractor
Temporary to start – possible temp-to-hire based on performance
Full-time hours available now
Must have:
Solid apartment maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting, make-readies, etc.)
EPA or CPO certification preferred (or strong pool/HVAC knowledge)
Reliability and ability to work independently
