Details:
$24/hr | 1099 Contractor
Temporary to start – possible temp-to-hire based on performance
Full-time hours available now
Must have:
Strong apartment maintenance experience with a focus on HVAC repair & service
EPA 608 Certification preferred (or proven HVAC expertise)
Reliability and ability to work independently
