Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in Clovis, California. This role plays a significant part in our team, focusing on customer service and data entry within our industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle inbound calls, manage email correspondence, and schedule appointments to ensure efficient operations.Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service to all callers. Process and input data accurately into our system. Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner. Monitor and update customer accounts as necessary. Handle both inbound and outbound calls as required. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records. Assist other team members with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Administrative Assistant role or a similar position Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Excellent customer service skills and experience handling inbound and outbound calls Ability to effectively manage and schedule appointments Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner Excellent written communication skills, including email correspondence Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent is required, further education in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
