Description We are welcoming applications for the role of an Office Assistant in Clovis, California. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including customer service, scheduling, and inventory management. You will also be expected to contribute towards maintaining a detail-oriented and organized work environment.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails, ensuring high-quality service. Schedule appointments and oversee job site visits coordination for flooring installations. Manage office supplies inventory and arrange for materials as needed. Assist with the processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments. Provide support to the office manager by performing tasks such as data entry and filing. Guarantee a clean, detail-oriented work environment by ensuring the office is well organized. Work in sync with the installation team to provide logistical support.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role Proficiency in using various computer programs including Office Suite Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Familiarity with time management software, preferably 'About Time' Ability to answer and manage inbound calls effectively Strong skills in performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, and binding Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a business school will be a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
