Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.Schedule : Full-time, four 10-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shiftsCompensation : Pay range from $39.00-$56.76 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experienceBenefits :

ResponsibilitiesWhat You Can Expect:

Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met

Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures

Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching

Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families

Administer and chart all prescribed medications

Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations

Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews

Document required patient education efforts

Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals

Assist in medication inventory maintenance

Lead a small patient care team

Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed

Additional tasks as requested

QualificationsSuccessful Candidates Bring:

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated clinical excellence

Desire to collaborate with care teams

Ability to problem solve

Education/Training:

Accredited nursing degree required

Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available

DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
