We are committed to being a part of improving our customers' productivity & success.As a member of the Fleet Services team, you will be working closely with our Operations Coordinators as well as the Customer Experience team to provide our customers & our partners with superior customer service.Job Responsibilities : Logistics

Storage & Transport

Maintain day-to-day relationship with transportation partners

Schedule storage & transportation requests with applicable vendors to satisfy customer & Motorlease needs

Coordinate state inspection or vehicle needs when necessary

Regular communication with drivers & fleet contacts

Vehicle Insurance

Insurance onboarding process for new clients

Maintain relationships with non-Motorlease insurance providers

Insurance renewal process for client COI's

Distribute applicable state-specific insurance cards & oversee the website landing pages used to supply customers & drivers with Motorlease insurance cards at time of renewal

Insurance Subrogation

Identify & validate damage claims for subrogation

Negotiate with insurance companies to recover damages

Identify & develop cost saving methods & opportunities

Maintenance PO's

Assist the Services team with overflow support for maintenance PO calls

Maintenance PO calls assist customers with maintenance repairs needed on their vehicles by acting as a liaison between customers & repair shops, approving vehicle repairs across the country

Team

Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer experience, business development & accounting

Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met

Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong communication skills, exceptional time management, effective planning & organizational skills

Management of multiple tasks while maintaining a high quality of work

Ability to demonstrate ownership & responsibility

Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers & vendors

Thrive working individually in a fast-paced environment in addition to working within a team

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

What Motorlease Offers

Salary: $45,000-$48,000
