The candidate will assist in planning and organizing Human Resource functions for all City of Farmington departments, assist in developing and maintaining personnel policies, safety policies, recruitment and retention policies and other related HR programs. The candidate will also be responsible to prepare bi-weekly citywide payroll, prepare and submit payroll tax, W-9, 941, W-2, unemployment, benefit, and other regular and special reports, prepare and post general ledger entries. The candidate will also perform operating duties for the municipal court including docket preparation of payment plans, issuance of summons and warrants, preparation of attorney letters, and processing of payments in the Court Clerk\'s absence, and will assist with operations of the Municipal Court when court is in session.
