The Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire cutover process during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid understanding of cutover methodologies, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all required data, configurations, and technical prerequisites are in place for the cutover.Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and proactively identify issues or risks.Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status updates to key stakeholders and project team members.Manage all cutover activities during the go-live phase, including data migration, system transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.Identify, propose, and implement measures to reduce downtime and ensure a stable transition.Structured and documentation-oriented working style.
