Position Summary The Lead Engineer assiststheDirectorincoordinatingmaintenance, repairs, and inspections, includingcarpentry, painting,safety,and other building systems. Coordinates contractor schedules and ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory policies. Minimum Qualifications
o Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
o Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of facilities experience required with three (3) years in a healthcare setting required.Associate degree in a related field preferred.
