Lead Generation Manager for B2B

The Marketing Manager for Clinics (B2B) will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at clinics, driving lead generation and nurturing efforts to convert clinics into active users of Doctoralia's platform. This role will be instrumental in scaling acquisition efforts, developing tailored messaging for clinics, and optimizing the customer journey to create sustainable growth in the B2B vertical.Strategy Development:

Design and execute marketing strategies aimed at acquiring clinics and healthcare professionals as B2B customers.

Create segmented campaigns and messaging tailored to clinic managers and healthcare decision-makers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with sales goals and product launches.Campaign Management:

Plan and oversee multichannel campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and events to generate qualified leads (MQLs).

Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance and ROI.Content and Collateral Creation:

Oversee the creation of B2B-focused marketing assets, including brochures, white papers, webinars, and case studies.

Work closely with the content team to develop materials that highlight the value of Doctoralia’s solutions for clinics.Performance Tracking and Analysis:

Track campaign performance metrics, analyze lead generation funnels, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

Monitor customer behavior and market trends to refine marketing approaches and improve engagement.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the main liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and conversion goals.

Work with the product team to communicate value propositions effectively to clinic customers.
