Reporting to Mexico's Client Partner the primary responsibility will be to manage and build relationships with agency client and partners by fostering an environment for delivering an efficient and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Performance Marketing platforms and, while focusing on individual business acumen, mentorship and the growth of their assignments.Responsibilities:Lead on the most complex and/or strategically important client(s) accounts (international, cross capability, or large group client) and collaborates with others to create client relationships expressed in NPS scores of C Suite client contacts.Lead the optimization of the delivery depending on business objectives of the account/client.Be a trusted advisor for our clients, works with C-level members of our clients, and extend our network within the client organization.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for our most complex clients.Lead complex and/or strategically important renewal efforts.Develop well-articulated Strategic briefs that inspire innovative and effective approaches to solving client business problems and leads the team to deliver the objectives of the brief.Provide oversight of the current client remit whilst guiding growth activity through documented Account Growth Plans that lead to account growth.Manage commercial targets, ensures client projects are resourced to deliver successful outcomes, and work with Client Management VPs to problem-solve any gaps.Fluent in all Fundamental Tools. Identify and close any gaps where we are not meeting our standards for great Client Management on a client, Hub or across their network.
