This role focuses on designing and delivering modern cloud-based contact center solutions, with an initial focus on a Talkdesk projectResponsibilities:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders on cloud contact center solutionsDesign and deliver end-to-end solutions, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and technical design documentationAnalyze business and technical requirements to define scalable and efficient architecturesOwn and evolve contact center solution architecture across cloud platformsConfigure and customize solutions (IVR, routing strategies, integrations, automation)Lead implementation, deployment, and upgrade activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful deliverySupport go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to production
