This position will work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours - successful candidates will be US based in the New York/New Jersey area, Chicago, Dallas, or Houston.   Lead team conducting AML/KYC reviews of both investors and investments  Oversee the utilization of proprietary AML/KYC software to manage investor and investment reviews  Manage multiple staff members, fostering a team environment Lead calls with clients, effectively demonstrating knowledge of current reviews  Manage client relationships, understanding client priorities and ensuring client satisfaction Review direct reports’ work periodically for quality control  Lead reviews of complex and unusual cases Periodically review updates of both proprietary software and internal files for proper record keeping   Prepare monthly and quarterly billing reports based on number of completed reviews  Support clients with multiple private equity funds within various industries  Train team members on standard processes and review procedures Assess operational effectiveness and lead process development  Stay updated on AML laws and implement necessary changes Educate team members on evolving AML/KYC regulations and best practices
