Core Responsibilities:
Work under firm Principal to manage office activities.
Manage billing and bookkeeping for the office
Prepare payroll and tax payments / filings
Organize office operations and procedures
Perform basic office scheduling and correspondence
Basic clerical functions
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist firm principal in marketing operations and preparing proposals
Maintenance of firm website and social media accounts
Manage office filing and IT systems
Desired Qualities:
Previous experience in architectural or other design profession office management
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business Administration
A team oriented collaborator with ego in-check
Good communication skills
Ability to manage time and work flow on several concurrent tasks
An interest in sustainable design and community oriented projects
Minimum Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Preferred Skills:
Good graphic & communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
Proficiency in Square Space and social media platforms
Part time position: 20 Hrs. per week, with the potential to grow into a full time position.
