Responsibilities
Work under firm Principal to perform management of office activities.
Organize office operations and procedures
Manage billing and bookkeeping for the office
Prepare payroll and tax payments / filings
Assist firm principal in marketing operations and preparing proposals
Manage office filing and IT systems
Maintenance of firm website and social media accounts
Perform basic office scheduling and correspondence
Basic clerical functions.
Desired Qualities
Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural or other design profession office
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business Administration
A team oriented collaborator with ego in-check
Good Communicator
Ability to manage time and work flow on several concurrent tasks
An interest in sustainable design and community oriented projects
Minimum Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Square Space and social media platforms
Preferred Skills
Good graphic & communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator
Compensation
Initially, this position is for 10-20 Hrs. per week, with the potential to grow into a full time position within a year. Compensation is dependent upon experience.
