Director, Field Marketing

As the Field Marketing Director, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Randstad’s marketing strategy and growth initiatives in the US market. You will lead the development of sophisticated, results-driven marketing plans that align with national objectives while addressing the specific needs of local markets. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will oversee a team of field marketing professionals and ensure that marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with sales strategies to drive measurable growth and revenue generation. This role requires an innovative, data-driven leader capable of delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.In this role, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer for North America.Randstad has adopted a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. You’ll have the option to work remotely up to two days a week, offering a blend of remote flexibility and office engagement.What you get to do:Sales Partnership and Business Alignment:

Marketing & Sales Strategy Development: Lead the development of marketing strategies for Randstad’s Digital Talent Platform, ensuring cohesive alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate Closely with Sales Leadership: Partner with sales leaders to understand business priorities, market dynamics, and client needs, translating these insights into actionable marketing plans that support client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

Strategic Advisor to Sales Teams: Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and real-time marketing insights that empower sales teams to deepen client relationships, enhance engagement, and close deals faster.

Strategic Leadership and Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field marketing professionals, ensuring their efforts are aligned with sales goals and overall business objectives.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team, driving results through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Set clear objectives and performance targets, while providing your team with the tools and guidance needed to execute regional marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

End-to-End Campaign Creation and Execution:

Oversee the development and execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ABM, digital, events, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and regional market demands.

Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, optimized for performance, and contribute to measurable outcomes such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and client retention.

Lead the team in continuously refining marketing tactics based on performance analytics, driving improvements in ROI and business impact.

Revenue Growth and Demand Generation:

Drive marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue generation, with a focus on increasing market penetration, brand visibility, and client engagement.

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop demand generation strategies that support pipeline growth and deliver high-quality leads.

Leverage insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing spend, and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.

Sales Enablement and Strategic Guidance:

Lead the creation and delivery of advanced sales enablement tools, including account insights, content assets, and strategic recommendations, to empower sales teams in winning high-value clients.

Ensure a close partnership with the sales organization, providing the team with marketing resources that enhance client engagement and support sales cycle acceleration.

Offer high-level consultation to sales teams on account-based marketing (ABM), ensuring the seamless integration of marketing strategies into the sales process.

Client-Centric Events and Thought Leadership:

Provide strategic direction to your team in the planning and execution of high-impact client events, workshops, and roundtables that foster engagement with key clients and prospects.

Ensure events are thoughtfully designed to align with regional market needs and overall marketing and sales strategies, offering guidance to ensure successful implementation.

While not directly involved in event creation, lead your team to ensure these initiatives deliver measurable outcomes, such as strengthened client relationships, thought leadership positioning, and business development opportunities.

Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships:

Spearhead the development of high-value partnerships and sponsorships that elevate Randstad’s brand presence in key markets and industries.

Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, event organizers, and community initiatives, leveraging these relationships to build brand credibility and expand Randstad’s influence.

Oversee the planning and execution of sponsorships for major industry events and conferences, positioning Randstad as a leader in workforce solutions and talent innovation.

What you need to bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, with a proven track record of leading high-impact marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including ABM, digital marketing, and event-based strategies.

Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a high-paced, results-oriented environment.

Proven success in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven marketing technologies.

A strategic, data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver ROI.

This job posting is open for 4 weeks.Pay Rate: $180,100.00 - $114,000.00 AnnuallyRandstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
