Learn more about our benefits here.We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Associate – Mobile Device Management (MDM) to join our Information Technology Services (ITS) group, working from any of our offices or remotely. We are looking for an MDM administrator who is knowledgeable in, or interested in learning about device management, its capabilities, and is willing to support these technologies across all company users, devices, and applications.The Mathematica ITS team is looking for an individual with a broad set of technical skills, who is interested in innovative and cost-effective IT solutions, is passionate about technology, and confident in their ability to tackle difficult challenges under the guidance of their team.Responsibilities:
Support the development and deployment of an enterprise-wide Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution. Responsibilities to include device enrollment, policy configuration, documentation, and general support.
Serve as a crucial part of our Intune administration team, tasked with supporting and maintaining Intune policies and configurations.
Support and maintain the organization's Microsoft 365 environment including Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, OneDrive for Business, and related services.
Provide troubleshooting and analysis of technical support related issues relating to Microsoft 365 environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, design, and enforce security Intune policies and procedures related to devices and application management.
Provide support related to the company identity management solution: Microsoft Entra Single Sign-On (SSO). Responsibilities to include configuration of SSO apps, troubleshoot authentication related issues, configure, and provide support related to conditional access policies.
Stay informed about Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
Maintain documentation related to Microsoft 365 infrastructure and administration.
Prioritize and respond to ServiceNow tickets.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer-related field, or equivalent experience
0-3 years’ experience administering Microsoft Azure/Entra ID environments.
Understanding of MDM principles and best practices.
Experience supporting both corporate and Bring Your Own ( BYOD ) devices ranging from Windows 10/11, Android, iOS.
Experience with automation technologies to support End user environment.
Knowledge of Intune configuration, support, and best practice.
Knowledge of Entra Single Sign-On (SSO) or comparable application/technology.
General knowledge or experience with Active Directory and Group Policy preferred.
General knowledge of PowerShell, MS Graph scripting technologies preferred.
Experience supporting cloud systems running on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure a plus.
Fundamental understanding of compliance standards related to NIST, FedRAMP, SOC2.
Experience supporting Microsoft Defender a plus.
As a federal government contractor, all staff working in our central ITS group with access to corporate computer systems are required to successfully undergo a background investigation or security clearance as a condition of employment.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000.
