Manufacturing is one of UKG’s largest lines of business boasting a variety of customers both nationally and globally.The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing our UKG Workforce Management solution Pro WFM (formerly known as Dimensions) for various enterprise manufacturing customers. As a Solution Consultant, you will be accountable and responsible for analyzing customer processes, document requirements, provide best practices, and configure the Workforce Management solution to meet customer needs.The successful candidate will be trained and utilize well defined implementation processes; tools and techniques to meet implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. This individual will work in a collaborative team environment and cultivate relationships with UKG Project Managers and customer subject matter experts. The Solution Consultant must be a team player, consultative, and passionate about delivering a great implementation experience, ensuring successful outcomes for our customers.This is a virtual / remote based positionResponsibilities: Consult and implement Workforce Management solutions for our enterprise customers following our prescribed launch methodology Facilitate workshops to identify and document customer requirements and demonstrate the solution capabilities to inform design decisions Configure the Workforce management solution and lead solution overview sessions Maintain high level of enterprise competence while supporting multiple customer projects, answering complex questions on functionality and usage of product Assist customers with planning and executing appropriate testing activities to validate the proposed solution in preparation for go-live Support the development of other consultants around you and work as part of a cohesive and efficient team.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: At least 5 years of software implementation experience Ability to travel up to 50%Preferred Qualifications: Consulting or customer implementation experience in a technical environment, preferably in the HCM, Workforce Management industry Broad knowledge of labor-management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems Experience with Workforce Central and/or Pro WFM (formerly Dimensions) is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple customers/tasks with minimal direction#LI-RemotePay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $86,100 to $123,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
