Most importantly, this positionprovides above and beyond communication with our patients so that they feel heard, understood, valued and more connected with Apria. Key responsibilities for creating a positive, patient-centric environment include:Evangelize our customers and turn our disgruntled patients into our biggest fans.

Support our Field teams, Operations and Sales, by delivering timely feedback that empowers our teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Critically problem-solve common complaints by flagging trends and partnering cross-functionally to recommend and implement preventative measures.

Proactively create a better patient experience.

Be a champion of the employee experience and drive our unique company culture.

Support the development and implementation of employee programs that nurture our company's core values to engage employees and create a positive culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAct on behalf of the local branch offices after hours, and during weekends and Company holidays to accept urgent calls from patients and referral sources, troubleshoot equipment issues, handle urgent new patient set ups,or route/and dispatch local technicians or respiratory therapists, as needed, or to provide other necessary support.

Demonstrates and ability to develop business relationships within the field leadership through close collaboration, partnership, engagement and communication.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Required QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school degree or equivalent

3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry or experience in dispatch or transportation

PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. NEW MEXICO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD You must be a member of the New Mexico Army National Guard to be eligible for this position This National Guard position is for a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1587000 and is part of the NM DCSIM, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located in an information management organization. Its purpose is to manage the frequency spectrum, radio, secure communications, and communications security (COMSEC) programs of the state National Guard. Manages the command\'s COMSEC program. Interprets a variety of Department of Defense (DoD), major military component and National Guard Bureau (NGB) guidance and develops the state policy implementing higher agency policies and directives. Provides oversight and technical support to COMSEC account administrators throughout the state. Conducts audits and inspections of subordinate accounts. Interfaces with numerous DoD and NGB activities and commands to resolve COMSEC issues and provides input on proposed changes affecting the command. Reports findings of COMSEC audits/inspections to NGB and the appropriate COMSEC organizations. Coordinates with applicable organizations/offices to resolve complex COMSEC issues. Determines requirements for and distributes COMSEC key, radio hopsets, etc. for the state. Develops and manages the command spectrum management program, which includes all aspects of bandwidth spectrum management. Maintains the state frequency authorization document. Coordinates with agency level COMSEC account managers to maintain current allocations and obtain new authorizations. Maintains the state frequency emitter list.
