Ensuring user "safety" and subsequently gaining their "trust" on online platforms, in the wake of mounting issues such as fake news, online scams, hate speech, payment frauds, online bullying, and sexually explicit content, is a top priority for our clients. Since the trust and safety industry is rapidly evolving and high-growth, we at Teleperformance endeavor to enable our clients with the service levels they desire and strategically shape their trust and safety roadmaps.The VP, Digital Transformation - Trust and Safety, works in the TP Digital - Consulting team. This position reports to the Global Head of Consulting and Solution Design and would have a dotted line reporting to the President-Trust and Safety. This role would be responsible for external and internal consulting and solution design. This client-facing role needs domain understanding and articulation through practical communication skills.This position would need to work closely with clients at all levels to understand, analyze, design, recommend and implement projects that drive superior and sustainable impact. Consulting and solution design activities include but aren't limited to industry research, creating differentiating value propositions, ROI Modeling and analysis, virtual and in-person client presentations, facilitating customer journey and design thinking sessions, and domain playbooks.Responsibilities:As a VP of Digital Transformation in Trust & Safety, You WillStrong understanding of business transformation design and delivery within the T&S value chain that includes but is not limited to advertising & sales, e-shopping, payment & delivery, and after-sales service

Application of domain knowledge of the T&S value chain in industry verticals such as; gaming, media, entertainment, automobile, retail and CPG, and travel and hospitality.

Have a solid grasp on critical trends and transformation priorities in the functional and vertical segments mentioned above

Work with the regional/global business development teams on proactive and reactive sales pursuits.

Contextualize and present transformation as a value differentiator in consulting report outs, proposals and solution construct to senior internal and client-facing executive teams.

Work with global and regional teams to execute global and region-specific transformation business requirements and strategies.

Complete financial models, CBAs, and cost optimization schedules related to transformation solution design.

Must have at least five years of Trust & Safety experience and a good understanding of the market segments and value chain

Experience at a VP/Senior Director level

Undergraduate/Master's degree in business management or a related field

Industry certifications are highly preferred (PMP, Lean Six Sigma)

Technical certifications beneficial (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Celonis, UI Path)
