Back of House: La Mama is looking to hire experienced cooks to join our BOH AM and PM team as we continue our exciting Summer menu offerings.
You are: A competent, outgoing and warm person who has kitchen skills, loves food, farms, sustainability and communication with your team. Come join our kitchen where we are making everything in house; breads, ferments, sauces, cultured dairy, preserves, and other fun stuff. We source locally, love vegetables, cook seasonally, and have a lot of fun doing it.
We are: 3 women now/again living in Santa Fe, with a love for the far away places we’ve lived and traveled. We have a desire to bring pieces of our travels back here to our beloved community; we seek out great food, coffee, natural wine and a beautiful pantry. We are supportive, communicative and have created a beautiful thriving new business in Santa Fe.
