Pedro's Mexican Restaurant is a popular fast-paced, full-service restaurant in a great location that strives to provide an excellent experience for all guests by serving delicious scratch-made food, awesome craft cocktails and offering great hospitality all in a fun, upbeat and lively environment.

We are looking for a talented sous chef with a passion for food, a great attitude and work ethic and an eye for detail to work in our high volume kitchen.

The right candidate must posses skill, comfort working in fast-paced, high volume kitchens, the ability to lead as well as work as a team, a positive attitude, a passion for food and a desire to prepare the best experience they can for our guests every time. We are looking for people who are reliable, professional and have high integrity.

We have an experienced culinary team that takes pride in producing high quality scratch-made food!

Salary Range = $59,000 - 65,000.

Wage is based on experience.
