Angel Fire Resort is hiring for Landscaping Team Members. We are looking for applicants who are responsible, hardworking, and who can pay attention to the details as they apply to high quality landscaping. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, enjoy working outdoors, work well under pressure, follow strict policies and procedures, work as a team, and help foster a positive, fun and safe working environment. This position may require a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Base Pay: Starts at $15/hour depending on Experience

Required Certs or Licenses: Driver’s License
Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled
Estimated start date: April 1 – November 1
Minimum Age: 18
Typical Shift: 8am-5pm
Environment: This is an outdoor position and applicants can expect to work long hours in variable weather conditions while performing heavy work (must be able to lift/move up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 25 pounds constantly)
Experience: We are looking for applicants who have landscaping experience with a strong work ethic.
Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. “Dorm-style” starts at only $450/month. Other options are available. A list of local rental resources is also available upon request.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lifts and moves landscaping materials including plants, dirt, rock, boulders
Plants flowers
Pulls weeds
Operates irrigation system under direction of Irrigation Tech
Operates lawnmowers
Applies grass seed mixtures
Assists Irrigation Tech, Horticulturist and Gardener
Completes other daily landscaping projects as assigned
Takes direction from the Landscaping Manager
