Location: Based in Santa Fe, NM

What You Will Do:
Customer Service:
- Answer calls and create orders for phone customers
- Manage email and phone-based customer service
Order Management:
- Create and maintain daily order lists for the floral team
- Manage multiple company inboxes
Logistics:
- Create delivery routes for drivers
- Coordinate product movements, supplies, and errands
Administrative Support:
- Assist the owner with administrative and organizational tasks
Subscription Management:
- Oversee the flower subscription service
Process Improvement:
- Contribute ideas to optimize company procedures
Inventory Management:
- Lead in inventory management
- Ensure appropriate supply levels at all times
Special Tasks:
- Manage the company calendar
- Coordinate team birthday and anniversary gifts
Executive Support:
- Assist in executive meetings
- Inventory intake, inspect products for defects
Data Management:
- Maintain weekly flower levels
- Manage Yelp pages and phone directory
