OFFICE MANAGER / ASSISTANT AT SCULPTOR'S STUDIO
This job requires the management of a bronze sculpture studio's operations:
Tracking the sculpture inventory at the foundry and at the galleries on the "Masterpiece" software, and tracking the sculpture molds
Entering the info on individual sculpture as they go thru the casting process, and as they are distributed to the galleries
Recording sales, payments and costs
Updating "Masterpiece" as new sculpture is completed
Providing bookkeeper with necessary info on sales, payments and costs
Communicating with galleries and foundry when necessary
