Professional office experience only;
Answers main telephone, transfers calls and answers general inquiries;
Provide support to administrative staff when available: photocopying, faxing, mail services and other duties as requested;
Enter and modify constituent contact into database;
Diploma or equivalency degree from accredited high school or college with major course work in front office, business or arts administration or a closely-related field;
One (1) year + experience performing experience in a front office and/or reception skills for a large organization;
Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures;
Experience with data entry a plus.
