Urgently Hiring: Experienced Bookkeeper Needed ASAP
We are URGENTLY seeking a skilled and reliable bookkeeper to join our team immediately. This is a critical role, and we're looking to fill it as soon as possible to ensure continuity in our financial operations.
Position: Bookkeeper
Type: Full-Time/Contract (Minimum 3 days a week in House) Start Date: ASAP Location: On-site/Santa Fe, NM
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Perform job costing and classing - provide accurate project profitability reports.
Establish processes for estimating and controlling project budgets.
Process accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Prepare documents for tax filing and audits
Work closely with management on financial planning
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks. (with a focus on construction, progress, billing, projects P&L’s.)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Include any required certifications or education, if applicable
