Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy.
Suggest possible alterations and solutions based on client needs.
Register garments at drop-off and maintain accurate order records.
Take basic garment measurements and communicate them to the tailoring team.
Prepare clothing for pick-up, including packaging and order organization.
Support shop operations with tasks as needed.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service (required).
Knowledge of alterations, tailoring, or garment fitting (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client orders.
