Who We Are:
Keshi was started in 1981 by Zuni artists and school teachers working in Zuni Pueblo. We primarily represent artists from Zuni Pueblo in addition to Kewa, Cochiti, and Acoma Pueblos. We buy directly from the artists guaranteeing authenticity. The artists set our retail prices and are paid the lion’s share of those prices. Our mission is two-fold; to support and honor Pueblo artists, and to educate our customers adding value to their experience.

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, detail-oriented individual to join our gallery team. Are you passionate about learning? Do you have an interest in Native American art and culture? If so, you might be the right person for this unique opportunity.
Job Description:
Full Time / 32 hours per week
Take initiative to learn about the artwork and artists we represent
Be a resource for customers to learn more about Zuni and Pueblo culture in general
Offer OUTSTANDING customer service, creating the ultimate customer experience
Process sales
Price products with a neat and accurate hand
Multi-task in a busy environment
Communicate and collaborate with all team members
Attention to the highest level of detail
Qualifications:
Did we mention attention to detail? It is of utmost importance.
Neat and clear handwriting, excellent spelling and grammar skills
Passion for learning
Ability to stand for long periods
Must wear a face mask and be vaccinated against Covid-19
Excellent written and verbal communication
A high regard for wildlife and the environment
Shopify/ Google Suite/ and Apple product proficient
Ability to take the initiative to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Knowledge of New Mexico history and geology is helpful
Experience
2 years of retail sales and/or art gallery experience
1 year of art experience
